I solemnly swear that any further trips to Green Bay, I will be stopping at The Creamery first. This place gives off the best vibes. The inside is buzzing with servers dropping off delicious coffee cocktails, and breakfast plates to the patrons. Every plate and drink that passed by me I wanted. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. Chicken and waffles- the chicken was fried and seasoned wonderfully. I like the small sampling of honey, that came plated on the dish. Gave the dish a nice touch of sweet and savoriness. (Also came with syrup) French toast- pina colada- a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. But perfect for a sweet tooth Cocktails- Prrrrrrrrrrr-fect!
Overall: Time out of mind at a great brunch spot! Initial wait: 10 mins (packed, no available tables) with efficient alerting system. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and brought a box home. The Apple Butter Latte and Creamery Latte were handcrafted and delicious! Our server was attentive and kind, despite being quite busy.
Located next to the scenic Fox River, The Creamery Downtown offers not just a meal but an experience. The modern ambiance combined with breathtaking views of the river creates the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. On my visit, I indulged in the Grilled Steak Panini, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment the Grilled Steak Panini arrived at my table, I was immediately struck by its appealing presentation. The sandwich was neatly pressed, with the grill marks adding a rustic charm. As I picked it up, I could feel the warmth emanating from the freshly grilled bread, which was perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft and inviting inside. Taking the first bite, I was instantly impressed by the tenderness of the tenderloin. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and succulent texture that melted in my mouth. Each bite released a burst of rich, savory flavor that was both satisfying and comforting. The goat cheese added a creamy richness that complemented the steak wonderfully, its slight tanginess providing a pleasant contrast to the meat without overpowering the other flavors. What truly elevated the sandwich was the blueberry serrano jam. It brought an unexpected yet delightful sweet heat to the panini. The jam's sweetness paired beautifully with the savory steak, while the serrano peppers added a subtle kick that kept my taste buds intrigued. The pickled red onions and pickled fresnos introduced a bright, tangy element that cut through the richness of the steak and cheese, adding a layer of complexity to the flavor profile. The mixed greens provided a refreshing crunch, adding a lightness to the overall experience. This sandwich wasn't just a dish; it was an experience--one that I would eagerly repeat. The Creamery Downtown not only excels in its cuisine but also in providing an inviting atmosphere with spectacular views. If you find yourself in the city, this restaurant is a must-visit. I am already looking forward to my next visit to relive this culinary delight. Five stars!
We go here every Sunday, at noon, with a group of 10 to 15 people. The staff is always accommodating, make sure we have drinks as we wait and the food is ALWAYS amazing! Being in the customer service industry ourselves, we know our timing is terrible and expect to have a bit of a wait, but they never seem to disappoint. Amazing service, awesome food and drinks on point! Also, kuddos to the hostest for juggling everyone and making sure, all who want to eat are seated in good time and get the best service one could ask! Best Brunch in GB, with even better service! -Trav
Amazing! We travel from Chicago for the packers games and every morning before we travel back we MAKE IT A TRADITION to come here for brunch! The most amazing service and delicious food! The hostess Stephanie is the most sweetest & kindest person you'll meet! The bartender Carly was awesome and the best at making drinks! We came on a Sunday, day after a home packers game and our wait for 2 people was only 20 minutes! Place was packed but they did an excellent job at getting everyone through as efficiently as possible. This is a must breakfast spot if you're in the area! We're from Chicago..so trust me we know!
The breakfast burrito! To die for! Run, don't walk! Hubby had eggs benny. So gone ordered an extra to take Togo. Son got the mango crepes and we all had different craft cocktails! Kayla, our server, was top notch! Zero complaints! This place is awesome, we wish we didn't live 4 hours away! But we will be back!
I started with the corned beef hash, which was crispy, savory, and absolutely mouthwatering. Then, I couldn't resist trying the biscuits and gravy - the gravy was rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the fluffy biscuits. But the star of the show was the cream cheese-filled French toast. Oh my goodness, it was like a dream on a plate
We stopped by The Creamery to grab brunch before heading up to Door County. It's located right at the mouth of Lake Michigan along the North Fox River. You should definitely plan to get here early as it tends to get busy pretty fast on weekends (and for good reason)! We waited about 30 minutes to be seated but were able to grab a coffee to-go at their bar and walk along the river while we waited. The food was honestly so good. I ordered the Veggie Hash with added grilled chicken. I loved the melted goat cheese that came with this dish! We also tried the eggs benedict which we enjoyed thoroughly. The star of the show was the hash browns. They've managed to perfect a crispy outside and fluffy inside with their hash browns that is unmatched. The sea salt on them is also the perfect touch! Will definitely be returning!
